5. Receive your finished grillz
Your custom grillz are shipped directly to you.

Safety & Fit

Our grillz are custom-made from the dental impression you provide. A proper impression is important for achieving a secure and comfortable fit.

Grillz should fit securely without excessive pressure or discomfort. If your grillz do not fit properly, contact us before wearing them regularly so we can assist you.

Cancellation & Remakes

Because each set is custom-made specifically for you, cancellations and remakes are subject to our store policies.

If there is an issue with your fit or our workmanship, contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the situation and provide the appropriate next steps.

Shipping Information

Mold kit: Please allow 4–6 business days for your mold kit to arrive.

Mold return: Once you send your mold back, allow approximately 4–6 business days for it to reach us.

Production: Once your mold is received and approved, your custom grillz are made in approximately 10 business days.

Final shipping: After production is complete, please allow approximately 4–6 business days for your finished grillz to arrive.
