At Studio96, every grillz order is custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, your order goes through several steps before your finished grillz arrive.

Your Order Timeline

1. Mold Kit Delivery

4–6 business days

After placing your order, your mold kit will be shipped to you. Please allow approximately 4–6 business days for the kit to arrive.

2. Send Your Mold Back

4–6 business days

Once you complete your impression, send the mold back to Studio96 using the provided return instructions.

Please allow approximately 4–6 business days for your mold to arrive at our facility.

3. Grillz Production

Up to 10 business days

Once we receive and approve your mold, your custom grillz will enter production.

Our standard production time is approximately 10 business days.

4. Finished Grillz Delivery

4–6 business days

After your grillz are completed, they will be shipped back to you.

Please allow approximately 4–6 business days for your finished grillz to arrive.

Estimated Total Timeline

From the initial shipment of your mold kit to delivery of your finished grillz, the complete process typically takes approximately:

22–26 business days

This estimate includes:

• 4–6 business days — Mold kit delivery

• 4–6 business days — Mold returned to Studio96

• 10 business days — Custom grillz production

• 4–6 business days — Finished grillz shipped to you

Important Information

Shipping and production times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, impression issues, or other circumstances outside of Studio96's control.

Production begins only after Studio96 receives an acceptable impression. If your impression is unusable or needs to be redone, your order may take additional time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once your finished grillz have been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
